Rv #52 Motorhome

The fresh air, beaches, dolphins, heated pools, premium camp sites, soo close to everything.

We only stayed two nights but enjoyed the grotto pool! It was terrifying getting across the street to the pool but that isn’t the resorts fault! But keep in mind you do have to cross an insanely busy 6 lane road. There are also fireworks on Wednesday off the pier at the resort which is cool!

Perfect. Great location and use of facilities across the street on the beach.

We loved the spot. It was, sadly, very loud at night with drag racing down the road. This was during the week. We did love the accomodations and the hotel across the street was wonderful.
We had bloody mary's by the beach every morning.

Loved the park, top notch, Location was great, only complaint was they would let us move sites, we were next to the mini golf course and they played music until 11 to 12 every night, sites were available on the other side of the park but was told once you're here you can't move. but grounds showers were kept up great, having trash picked up from your spot daily was great..

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Site was not cleaned prior to arrival as would have expected for the price. Glass and cigarette butts on pad should have been cleaned. Park was not tended to daily other than trash. Bathrooms were nasty as evident with dirty bucket of water and mop outside bathroom door. After storm, storm debris and wayward umbrellas not picked up.
To leave on a good note, staff was friendly and location was great.

stayed here several times in the past, always enjoyed our stay. it has been a couple of years since we were there and it seems that the landscaping has not been kept up. our lot was mostly sandy dirt and very little mulch.

This campground is perfect, clean, safe and quiet and amenities are great!!!!

Great friendly staff. Highly recommend. Wish the weather was a little warmer but still had plenty of things to do.

Stayed for a few glorious days to get away and visit some family. This is a beautiful and well taken care of resort. We will be back. The only problem is that we couldn't stay longer!!!!!

We booked our 5 night stay on the spur of a moment and got a nice site #52. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Park is nice, clean with a bay on one side and the ocean/beach just across the street on the other side.

Very well maintained, great staff, and spots provide privacy considering how close they are. Just left two days ago and rebooking for next year! This time a water view.

Very nice clean facility. Great paved slots with nice patio area. Nice landscaping which gives plenty of privacy. Wish the pool would have been heated though!

We were nervous about booking here since we don't usually enjoy private campgrounds as much as state/COE campgrounds but we were pleasantly surprised at what a great place this is! Our site was private due to the landscaping and we appreciated that the spots were all paved and very clean---each with their own round table with umbrella! Everyone was super friendly, from the staff to the other campers. Loved sitting by the bay with a cocktail at night and being able to walk with our dog on the bay side of the beach. Very convenient to walk across the street to the beautiful beach and access the resort there. The pool was warm and clean. Loved walking next door at night to the outdoor bar with our puppy. We can't wait to go back!

We were very happy with our stay at Destn West RV, clean site and pet friendly. A cute pool with plenty of sitting areas.

Great experience. Excellent site, excellent service from the staff. Only issue is road noise and the speed cars race through the area. It makes crossing the road dangerous. But we loved the site and are returning next year.

Had The Beat Time Close To Everything And Well Maintained

We had a great time here. It was out of the hustle of Destin and yet everything g we needed with in a mile. We already made our reservations for next year.

We stayed here in a class C Motorhome with 2 adults and 3 kids. Love the water views and the heated pool was really nice. Park was kept up well and had nice laundry facilities. For the price however I would expect a camp store with basic necessities and ice for sale. More washers and dryers need to be added as well. We liked being able to access the beach via the sky bridge. Overall it was a great stay. I’d give it a 8/10.

We had a very nice stay. The grounds were kept beautifully and the staff was very kind and super helpful! Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us while there so we didn't get to fully take advantage of all the amenities, so we will just have to come back:)

Nicest RV park I have visited.

A clean well laid out campground that is well located for all services. Employees were great. Going back next year.
